Usal Project is a Los-Angeles based community and brand that provides outdoor goods and experiences for modern nature enthusiasts. Now growing in NYC, they are working to help increase access to nature in the Big Apple and build community, partnering with local organizations doing the work! This summer, they collaborated with Dominguez Corporation, an Arc’teryx-sponsored urban adventure community program based out of uptown, NY, as well as Grin 27, a sustainable sportswear brand based in Los Angeles to host a Labor Day bike ride extravaganza from Bushwick to Coney Island.
As a part of their series of workshops to connect people to nature in the Big Apple, Usal parterned with Woodland Pantry, a natural dye studio based in Kingston, NY, to host an educational foraging walk in Central Park.
